SM4 snow sensor
This includes the following:
- 3-meter or 5-meter temperature cable with 16 or 26 temperature sensors on 20 cm intervals
- Laser distance sensor with an optional heater on the glass
- Data logger with a solar panel to charge the batteries
- Both LTE and NB-IoT connectivity
- Access to all the data on snowsense.is, as well as a REST API for integration
- Brackets for mounting to a mast or pole
The base pack does not include a pole, so the buyer needs to set it up themselves.

Sea sensor
Sea sensor that is mostly used for fish farming. The cable is 15 meters long and the thermometers are attached to the cable on 2.5 m intervals.
Custom made
SM4 snow sensors can be customized according to needs. The cables can be as long as needed, and the distance between the temperature probes can be adjusted as desired. There have been produced sensors that are 15 m long for fish farming with temperature sensors at 150 cm intervals, and there have also been produced sensors to monitor frost in the ground that have temperature sensors at smaller intervals.
